Hi,

I'm getting a 50th anniversary 1 watt Marshall JTM-1H which is based on the JTM amps but with a bit more gain (and a lot less output!) and I'm planning to get an Orange 1x12 sealed cab to go with it.

I usually like high gain tones but this vintage style amp has charmed me so I think I should change the V30 in the Orange to something more traditional, maybe a Green Beret? but I'd like to know your opinions.

Unless you can swing a Black-n-Blue, go Green Beret!  Keep it just like Jim woulda liked it :-)
