Vaughn. Hi , I'm wanting to purchase a pair of reaper 50 in the future . and considering trying them in a mesa 212 slant cab, which house v30s now. whats your opinion? I just got a pair of et-65s and have them in a vintage stle cab, they're great. but I also want the reapers too I have a couple different cabs to experiment with. Thanks for your time. Fred

The Reapers will rock that Mesa slant cab. Good overall tone ... slightly Britt, but not nearly so harsh as the V30's ... and with a hint of vintage US tone. Oh ... and of course, they combine extremely well with the ET65's.
