Good afternoon:

I have a Peavey 212MC cabinet that I'd like to upgrade with new speakers. This cabinet is a slant-front, with a center divider, and a removable rear panel (top speaker only). I typically use it as a fully closed-back cabinet, and at this point, it is paired with a Kustom 36 Coupe, and in the future, possibly a low-wattage head like a Peavey Micro 20, or a Bugera G5 (TBD).I play mostly blues (Clapton, KWS, Warren Haynes) and classic rock (AC/DC, BTO, Guess Who, Mountain). I have a Peavey 412 cabinet with Greenbacks, so the 212 can go in a somewhat different direction, and based on other postings on this forum, it seems like the ET65/Invader, ET65/Retro30, or ET65/Reaper combinations are the most popular combinations for a 212. Would one of these be a "best match" for the type of music I play? Any advice you can offer will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave
