I got a Hughes and Kettner 50 watt combo with a Celestion rock driver pro ( ive never heard of this speaker).  Looking to upgrade.

I like the clips of the Retro 30, Invader, Liberator and Reaper.  its a versatile amp, right now the cleans and dirt are great but the lead to heavy overdrive is lacking.  Maybe a bit compressed?.  Thinking a speaker upgrade would help.  Would one of the forementioned be better in an open back cab and which would be the most versatile?  Thanks for any info.

"most versatile" would be the Ret 30 ... with the Invader being a bit more mid heavy, and the Lib a bit warmer.
