Hey, my name is Mike. I have a Vox AC-15 running through a 4x12 cab. The band I recently started playing in has a very dark rock sound and I'm wanting to have a deeper, thicker guitar tone that won't dip into our bassist. I was considering blending the Reaper 55's and Veteran 30's for a deep low and a punchy mid. Previously, I've been using the recommended ET-65 and Retro 30 combo, but it wasn't getting the sound I want. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?
