I currently have a Classic 20 with new JJ tubes. I play mostly Blues and some rock(pearl jam to sonic youth) and anything inbetween... I have been looking for a speaker that can enhance that. Everyone in various forums suggest the Celestion GT10 vintage30. I have heard it and sounds pretty good, but my buddy suggested i give you guys a go. I was thinking the GT10C, which has very similar/identical specs as the GT10 Vintage. I play a strat, jazzmaster and an SG through it to harness the differing tones. Plus for effects I mainly use a ibanez Tube Screamer and sometimes a BOSS distortion pedal. if someone can help me decide or has links to aid the decision. Please let me know.
