Hi Vaughn,

I'm currently running a Goodsell Custom 33 1x12 combo w/ an 8ohm RGH in it (which sounds awesome), but looking to get a more plexi-ish overdriven grind out of it (w/ pedals). Wondering if the Invader 50 can lean into that woody, butterfly flutter type sound of a greenback, but still cover the low-end & tonal spectrum of the RGH? Also, would 16ohm be a better match?

Thanks for your time.

John

As far as impedance goes ... just have the amp properly matched to the speaker for best tone.

For full-on classic Marshal tone, go with a Green Beret ... however, the Invader is very close, and with a bit more flexibility.

Hope this helps, post back w/your results!!
