I've seen you mention the Invader 50 & Et65 as a good pairing.

I have a vintage '79 Marshall 1960a cab with the thicker checkerboard grill cloth.  Will the thicker grill cloth dampen the sound of the Invader and ET65? Or, are they still good to go?

My other option was the Invader and Reaper.
