Tone Savants,

I just picked up a cheap, empty 4x12 that I'll eventually be using as a backup to my EVH 5150III cab. I have a couple of Celestion G12T-100s lying around that I can use for the first half of the speaker equation, but I'll need to pair them with something complementary.

Since the T-100s are big, mostly neutral-sounding speakers with lots of low end and headroom, I'd like to mix them with something that will add a bit of midrange grind and treble bite, without sounding too harsh. Listening to the clips on the WGS site, the Veteran 30, Reaper HP, British Lead and ET65/ET90 all seem like good candidates--so much so, that I can't make up my mind.

Help!
