Just got a Vox Ac15C head with a 212 cab that came loaded with Creamback 8 ohm G12M 65's. It sounds good but she needs more crispness in the highs, as it lacks some sparkle and bite. I know the speakers need some break in time but it has too much low end and gets flubby with the Celestions. Any suggestions to put some clarity and teeth into my tone? This is my first set of Creambacks and also an open backed cabinet. I am used to using a Splawn closed back 212 loaded with V30's, or my ET65 in my Fender HRDLX. Not a fan of the US speaker tones so want to keep it brittish in flavor. Thanks Vaughn!!!!
