I have inherited an empty 2X10 cabinet which I would like to drive with an Ethos Overdrive Amp. I play mostly blues and bluesy jazz. What would you recommend in the Warehouse line? Would a combination of a G10C and G10C/S give good balance or would two G10C be better?

Well, since nobody had an opinion on this, I decided to jump in and try the combination of the G10C and G10C/S. At first, the sound was a little strident and "strained". I broke the combo in by playing radio music through the speakers, at increasing volumes, for about 3 hours. BIG DIFFERENCE!! After break-in the sound was great. There was really good balance. Playing through the clean channel was really sweet and pristine. Using overdrive gave a great blues sound, lots of bite but not muddy. Of course I can't compare to just two of each kind but the combination is a winner for me. Highly recommended for a 2X10 cabinet (open backed), at least for clean and blues sounds.
