I looking for a speaker that sounds similar to the Celestion Rockdriver Junior. Does WGS have anything that has similar sound characteristics?

Thanks

Gonna have to resurrect this 3 year old thread. I was lucky enough to snag a Hughes and Kettner Triplex amp at a local pawn shop. She functions Great, but may need a new speaker. It currently has the above mentioned Celestion Rockdriver Junior...12", 8 ohms. What would be the best WGS to swap in closer to, get superior to the original?

Known by the offical name of G12F-60 this should be considered as something of a budgetary driver which features a quite small magnet and probably even a slim VC. I can tell right off that WGS don't offer anything close to those specs. But judging by a some clips on Youtube it seems a good bit forward than british vintage, so I'd imagine it's more in the G12-65 lineage. Suffice is to say the ET65 and ET90 could be considered as upgrades.

Possibly WGS could even downsize the ET series further for a closer match, but on this I'll leave for them to answer. However the smaller VC may give the impression of a brighter speaker and the F60 does seem peakier than the ET drivers so I may just be barking up the wrong tree here.
