Hey there, I have a Badcat Panther head that I run into a 1x12 open back cab with a Badcat Celestion in it. It's basically a slightly modified V30. I've noticed that sometimes at mid to higher volumes, I get some sort of cone cry going on. I play in a church, but it's more modern/rock style and ranges in tones from clean, to hard rock.
I'm looking at checking out another speaker, and found the WGS ET65. Would this be a good pairing in my situation? Or would you have another model you would recommend checking out?
