I have a 212 Seismic Audio cab that currently has 2 Eminence M12 speakers. I use tube heads mainly. Carvin V3M, Jet City JCA20H (modded by Dave Friedman) and a Blackstar HT5H. I mainly play rock to metal music and will also be using this cab for lead guitar duites in my church's worship band. Light crunch with delay/chorus when needed from my pedal board. The M12's have plenty of bass as the cab is ported. The top end is a mess and I can't put my finger on why it is such a mess with high gain. Cleans sound pretty good. I was thinking a couple of Retro 30's or mixing it up as I mic the cab for Sunday Services. What do you think would be good replacements for the M12's?

Thanks, KG

Hi, The 2x12 question has been posted and answered a BUNCH (!!) of times on the Q&A forum ... plus I actually featured various 2x12 combinations on my blog a year or so back.  Use the "search WGS" box on the upper left hand of every page.  You should fine MORE than enough info ... if not ... post back :-)
