After a lot of thinking and researching, I decided to pair two of these with a Mesa Single Rectifier head.

I love the results.

These speakers are bright and have a tight bass reponse. 

I always found Rectos to sound to buzzy/fizzy with Mesa's V30's and too sterile/flat with their C90's.

These speakers hit the spot. 

I primarily play Dream Theater inspired stuff and the Retro's deliver. 

I can only imagine how insane these will sound with proper break-in and paired with a Mark!
