Hi there

Im currently looking for some new speakers for my 2x12. Its to be used with a Fargen Olde 800, wich is a typical vintage Marshall sounding amp, and a Gibson Les Paul. Dan Hawkins of the darkness pretty much has the exact sound i want. He uses super leads with 4x12 greenback cabs, but he also uses wizard amps with some other type of speaker to "thicken" his sound. Anyways, i wont be dragging around super leads and 4x12's anytime soon.

From 0:10 and out in this clip is about the exact sound im after: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjPxGpdDSS8&feature=related

I guess the first thing that comes to mind is the Green Beret, maybe with a ET-65 to fill it out? Dont care much for V30's. What do you think?

Just took a look at your Liberator and Invader too. As far it i understood they are slightly different versions of the ET-65 and the Green Beret. What would you say is the main difference between these two pairings?
