Just want to inform about that mix. Fits realy perfect for drive and distortion sounds. I am using a pair of HM 75 (which is no longer made by WGS) and Vet 30.
Also compared with an old late 80s T75 which sounds realy similar.
Celestion prefer a Mix of V30 an T75 for all Hard Rock and Heavy stufff but I never liked the V30 but love the Vet30.
So try it mixing with an old WGS HM75 or if you could not find one, an old late 80s / early 90s T75 which are good and cheap to find on the 2nd hand marked.
Pairs realy well with the VET 30 and sounds extremly cool with Marshall JVM Serie, both: Stock and Satriani modells.
Bogner use the Mix of 30 / T75 in his Übercab, a lot of musicians like talking about the mix exspecialy in Marshall-forums.
Replace the V30 with a Vet30 and it will sounds a lot better!
I am playing for more than 20 years and have seen a lot of stages, I realy, realy like this mix the most! (for Rock and Heavy)
