I have a mid 90s Peavey Envoy 110. 40 watt 10 Inch speaker.
I have been looking at the ET10. Would that be a good replacement?

The ET10 would be a good replacement if you don't want to make it too much louder, and want to add just a touch of brit midrange to the amp.
Personally, my choice is ALWAYS a G10C or G10A in a 1x10 combo ... but it does make the amp quite a bit louder, and with more clean headroom.
