Looking to do something for a baritone guitar or a bass. I see the WGS12L has a resonance frequency (Fs) of just under 50 Hz, but most of the other speakers are up around 100 Hz (higher for the smaller ones, naturally). Even the 15" speakers are up in that range. Did I miss something?

You might still be able to special order the Reaper-55Hz. Be good for a baritone, but not really for bass.

Remember to differentiate between free air and actual Fs here. The 75Hz and 55Hz cones we speak of so often is measured free air. Thus no consideration has to be taken to the moving mass or loading of the cone.

A heavier VC would effectively lower resonance by quite a bit, almost to the point of a vintage bass speaker.

The 12L being a take on the EVM12L, which is more of a PA driver, is tuned ultra low and you really would have to get one of these or a modern bass speaker to hit these low resonant frequencies.
