I'm building a 100watt marahall 2-12 combo the cab was made by metropolis as a jtm45 it's a very large cab, I'm wanting it use a 100watt marahall head, watt speaker wattage speakers will I need?

Depends on what tone you are you going for!
To keep solidly in the JTM45 range (my alltime fav Marshall): go with a pair of Invaders.
To make it a good all-arround EVERYTHING amp: a ET65 and a Vet 30
To make it HUGE with tons of bottom and a silky top: a Pair of Reaper HPs
