I recently purchased an unloaded Bogner 2x12 and can't decide what speakers to load them up with. I also have a Mesa 2x12 with v30s so I would like to try something different, or at most have 1 speaker be a v30 equivalent. I am looking for something that can handle high gain and drop-D tunings well and preferably sound good at low volumes since I don't crank my amps much. I was thinking of a Green Beret/Reaper combo but I worry that it might not be modern enough and might lack low end. Thanks!

In your case, I'm making a rare recommendation of a Britt Lead and a Retro 30 - a great combo for 7-string & low tunings.
Or, for less sparkle, a Britt Lead & an ET65.
