I have WGS speakers in all my cabinets - i'm a huge fan and was just wondering what you guys would recommend for a 1x12 or 2x12 modeling rig. I'll be using an eleven rack with a rocktron velocity 300 power amp, but i suppose this question could go for any modeling rig where you the cabinet sims are not disabled.
i have a 2x12 with a vet30 and an ET65 and i haven't tried it yet (the amp hasn't come in yet), but i'm hoping the mid spike in teh vet 30 and teh scoop in the ET65 will even out and make it a good cabinet for this. But just in case it's not, what do y'all recommend
You should like your 2x12 rig a lot. In a single 12 amp or cab, I would suggest a Reaper (30) or HP as power warrants.
