Hi guys. First of all,I wanna tell you - your speakers are great. :) I had 2 Retro 30s in my 212 cab and JCM 800 head. My friend owns 2 ET-65s in his 212 cab. Both speakers are GREAT! The thing is: I sold my 212 cab and JCM 800 and I bought Hughes and Kettner Tubemeister 18. I really really like idea of having 15W-20W amp,I really don't need 50W-100W anymore. Anyway,since this is 18W head,I decided to go with 112 closed back cabinet with low power speaker. Now,with which speaker should I go with: Green Beret or Reaper? I really suck at describing sound,but: 112 which I have is "dark" sounding,and I've heard G12 H30 just in 4x12" box. I think it's really really balanced speaker,good cleans and overdrives. But I have no idea how would it sound in 112. I also watched youtube comparations,and I'm afraid that Green Beret would sound too dark in 112. Which speaker would you suggest for closed back 112?

No ... the Reaper is actually a "darker" speaker than the GB ... and the GB LOVES closed boxes ... so I'd go with a Green Beret!
