Hi All, I recently purchased a Vox mini Superbeetle but the speaker cab sounds a little boxy and I was looking at upgrading the speaker. My initial thought was a Celestion Creamback but I'm interested in the WGS 10" Retro (8 or 4ohm). Has anyone done this upgrade or know if the Retro would be a good fit to lessen the boxyness but keep the Vox tone? Cheers!

Yes, the Ret 10 will be the best choice and will get rid of SOME of the boxiness ... but that little cab is always going to sound lie ...well ... a little cab!
