Hey everyone, first time posting.

I bought an Orange Rocker 15 a bit ago and almost immediately bought I need speaker to replace the VOTW that came stock. I chose the G10C/S because it seemed like it would knock out the top end fuzziness (which it did) and because it's painted orange...

But I'm looking to extend and bolster my sound by adding a 1x12" cab. Specifically the Orange PPC112 that has the Vintage 30.

So would that work? G10c/s has a 98db while V30 is rated 100db. The combo amp would be placed on top of 112 cab...am I not thinking straight? Because on Google I could find many things...but nothing on this idea of mixing in separate enclosures.

Thanks again, any knowledge on speakers that might work better, maximum sensitivity differences, etc would be so helpful!!

Oh yeah, no problem ... and that should be a really good combination, too.

I just played a couple of weeks out with my Quilter MicroPro MKII 1x10 on top of a 1x12 ext cab ... filled even the biggest outdoor festival stages.
